Civil Draughtsman
Requirements:
- Prepare accurate architectural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Handle approval drawings and submission processes.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in civil engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong attention to detail and knowledge of drawings and estimation.
Business Development Executive
Requirements:
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly & quarterly business targets.
- Manage, and follow up on inbound & outbound sales leads.
- Handle Enquiries, understand requirements, and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience required
- Prior experience in Architecture field preferred.
Interior designer
Requirements:
- Develop Design concepts, Drawings & 3D models.
- Support site visits & ensure compliance with codes/regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong Design, visualization & Presentation skills.
- Proactive, Organized & Team Oriented.
- Manage time effectively across multiple projects.
- Experience 1+ years.
Architect
Requirements:
- 0–3 Years of Experience
- Create Innovative Architectural Design Concepts
- Prepare Architectural Drawings & 3D Models
- Develop Project Documentation & Drawings
